Is it possible for you to modify the vBulletin style yourself, add your own tweaks and soforth?

As for smileys, can you change them to whatever your heart desires? If so, might I recommend a smiley thread where we all can submit our personal favorites for use.

Yes and yes. I could make my own vBulletin style if I had the time and inclination.

I'd like to have a smiley set so they all look like Martha Stewart coordinated them.

Fuck coordination, it's all about having the goofiest smileys that aren't gay. And of course, the "classic" smileys from the old board.
