Here's a stupid drawing I did on a piece of notebook paper several years ago; I don't remember how it came about, but I was clearly feeling a little wacky at the time. I found it in my old portfolio a few days ago and Photoshopped it, and now, here it is:
Selphiroth (http://home.comcast.net/~alexscott5/selphiroth.jpg)
Amazingly, I did it without being the least bit aware of 8-Bit Theatre.
If anyone else has artwork they'd like to share, please, post it here.

Shit! I was gonna bring my notebooks from work home just for this thread, but I forgot. Oh well.

Ah, at last.
Symbol (http://mostlycloudy.net/%7Ednl2ba/utility/php/execute/gallery.php?images_directory=http://mostlycloudy.net/%7Ednl2ba/images/artwork/Scribbles%20-%20Symbol) - from the last 2 years at Symbol
I didn't have many sketching opportunities, so most of my material (not shown here except for this one (http://mostlycloudy.net/%7Ednl2ba/images/artwork/Scribbles%20-%20Symbol/040210%20Device%20page.jpg)) is actually the UI layout sketches ("wire frames") that they were paying me to do. Some actual notes are obfuscated because hey, who knows what material might lead to legal trouble.
Stanford scribbles (http://mostlycloudy.net/%7Ednl2ba/utility/php/execute/gallery.php?images_directory=http://mostlycloudy.net/%7Ednl2ba/images/artwork/Scribbles%20-%20Stanford) - from 2 notebooks from Fall 2001 and Winter 2002 (Junior year). I think everything else has been thrown out.
I left the class notes in just because they add to the overall absurdity. I mean, there are whole pages of shit I don't understand anymore (http://mostlycloudy.net/%7Ednl2ba/images/artwork/Scribbles%20-%20Stanford/020116%20This%20made%20sense%20once.jpg), and that one has material from two different classes. I considered obfuscating the self-absorbed misery in some of the margins, but hey, who am I fooling, anyway?

After I finished a class, I'd go through my notes and cut out any scribbles/notes I liked and paste them into a blank notebook. I did the same for scribbles I made during work training. I've got two or three of those notebooks. There were a lot of abstract "webbings" that I wouldn't mind scanning and tossing into a gallery. Then there was the typical schally trite that makes no sense, little creatures singing and shit like that. There were also lots and lots of writing notes that ended up on the cutting room floor. If you thought some of the ideas I've peddled on MC were bad... well, just imagine the ones that didn't even make it to the Forum.
